Nonmaterial Culture and a Web of Spatiotemporal Digital Artifacts

I'm energized from the most recent NewNet conversation, particularly the first session focused on the where, when, and who meta of the contextual Web. "With a hashtag, we are all connected to each other in this time, this place" was what Marc Davis said with regards to the emergence of contextual Web. I read between the lines and the white spaces capture all of my current thoughts around nonmaterial culture and a Web of spatiotemporal digital artifacts and these specific areas of personal interest:

  • Digital Archaeology
  • Digital Artifacts
  • Social Stratigraphy
  • Fragmented Footprints
  • Lying and Pseudonym's
  • Creating Reality
  • Post-Historical Macro Narratives

I need to start digging :-)
